KMODE EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED - help

In a recent build that was working fine for the last few days, I am now getting random BSOD with KMODE Exception, details of the minidump below:I have tried multiple things:- Windows RAM test - all ok- Deactivated Windows 10 fast start- Used Windows verifier to check all unassigned drivers - all ok- all drivers are up-to-dateany thoughts?
