kmdf driver for win server 2016

1. is there any difference in approach win 7 and win 10 driver development or same as win 7 driver development we can do for win 10 also ? (kmdf + PNP + PCI driver)

2. if i develop a driver for win 7 using WDF then only changing in target OS for win 10 OS is enough or i need to change in source code also?
