keys only registering when holding down another key

[Windows 10]

i am using a fuhlen keyboard (model: eraser-os) but when im trying to press these keys: w, s, window, 2, f1 (there are probably more), I need to hold down another key for them to register.this issue happened after i updated my window i think.i have already tried restoring to a point before the update, reinstalling the drivermy os build: 19045.5440version: 22H2if you need more information let me know.
