Keylogger Issue

[Windows 11]

I suspect there is a keylogger on my PC. The accounts of two game managers were hacked through my email and I have not given my details anywhere. I have executed rkill and the process C:\Users\Usuario\AppData\Local\Temp\io32332.tmp (PID: 4408) [T-HEUR] has ended I have analyzed it with Windows Defender, Avast and Totalav and they don't seem to find any files with malware. I have already changed my passwords but I want to make sure that there is no trace of malware on my PC. Could you help me?
