Keyborad works in BIOS, Ubuntu and Windows 10 safe mode, but seems keyboard IRQ is masked in Windows normal boot mode

The laptop's own keyboard couldn't work suddenly one day, but worked in BIOS and Ubuntu, so I reinstalled latest Windows 10 21H2 AMD64 download from Microsoft official website. But the laptop's own keyboard still couldn't work since the Windows 10 welcome screen(the procedures of setting locale, setting username and password of local account and reading Microsoft's EULA), so I used a USB keyboard to finish the welcome screen.
