Keyboard stops working on all browsers

I am running Windows 11 and had a bluetooth/2.4 Ghz wireless keyboard. It would work when typing in Windows (Word, search bar, etc.), but when I went into a browser it stopped typing. I mainly use Chrome, but tried Edge and no luck there either. I disabled bluetooth and tried just the 2.4 Ghz adapter to no avail. I went out and bought a wired keyboard and it's doing it also.It just randomly occurs. Sometimes it will just start working again and other times, I have to reset my computer 2-3 times before it starts working. I do have it plugged into a USB hub, but have plugged it directly into the
