Keyboard stops working for random reasons or when I play certain games

Hello everyone,I've been having a major issue with my new HP Envy laptop ever since I bought it. For some reason, playing certain games (especially those in the RPGmaker engine) will cause my ENTIRE keyboard to stop working whatsoever. I think its happened once or twice in other programs, but it always seems to happen most consistently when I play RPGmaker games more than anything else. Before you ask; there's no keyboard troubleshooter option in my settings and all of my keyboard drivers are fully updated so its neither of those issues (believe me I've been looking up ways to fix this for a w
