Keyboard shortcuts is not working anymore from Win-11 desktop

I usually put all my PC's Ctrl+Shift+W to open MS-word, Ctrl+Shift+E to open Excel, Ctrl+Alt+N to open Notepad and Ctrl+Alt+P to open Photoshop.I have put same things/settings to this "Acer Predator Hellios Neo 16 (i7, 2024)". But none of it is working....It is working fine when I open "C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs" folder at desktop though....
