Keyboard shoretcuts in Internet Explorer

VIEW has choice of Full Screen and it has "F11" beside it. I hit F11 and

nothing happens. I checked HELP, and it also says that F11 turns it off and

on, but not for me.

If your keyboard has the F-Lock key, did you turn it on (so the normal f-key

functions are available)?
