Keyboard not working after factory reset (no backup)

I've been having an issue and for the past 3 days have been doing pretty much nothing but trying to trial and error a solution. My keyboard (Corsair k55 rgb pro) has not been functional on my pc after the restart. It is fully functional in BIOS and is detected. It'salso detected and fully customizable with Corsair's iCUE software. The volume buttons also correctly work. Other keyboards plug in and can perform the exact same functions minus iCUE.When plugged in 5 instances of an "unknown keyboard pop in with "error 18". The frustrating part is that clicking update drivers brings up an error say
