Keyboard language changing by other users

I am an admin on my Win11 Home computer and I have one more Standard user account there. When the Standard user changes the keyboard language and I login into my Admin account, the language is also changed. It is even more weird as the Standard user uses different languages than I do and my keyboard is changed like this to a language which I do not even have added under my account. Is there a way how to stop this from happening?
