Keyboard language automatically changes after some time

This is gonna be a hard one to explain, so ill do my best. So please bare with me, as this is quite weird, and after 3 weeks, we still cant find a solution. (For some reason can't I upload any screenshots, as it fails every time.) Setup: Windows 10 - 21H2. Using AD + GP for every PC. Users settings are very strict, and a lot of settings have been disabled for the user to change. TLR Issue A bunch of specific PC's, where the language is set to a specific language, changes back to its original "windows default" setting, after reboot or after a few hours.
