Keyboard lag when pc is using internet only in games?

so I have a new pc, very high end, and whenever my pc is downloading something or streaming to twitch, my keyboard has this weird lag where it wont respond for a second or 2 making almost every game I play unplayable. I've updated my drivers, I've tried different ports and still nothing. maybe its a bios issue or something but I have no idea.my last pc was completely fine so I don't think its a keyboard issue, it just happens when my pc is using internet in the backgroundmy specs are:Intel® Core™ i9 24-Core Processor i9-13900K32GB Corsair VENGEANCE DDR5 5600MHz (2 x 16GB) RAM24GB NVIDIA GEFORC
