Keyboard Issues

This happens mostly when I'm playing games, but sometimes when I press the keys it would take a few seconds to actually respond and whenever I let go of them, them still continue the action after a couple seconds. I've tried reinstalling the keyboard driver, taking off save power on usb ports in device manager, I am up to date with windows 11 and the graphics driver. Switching out the keyboard has similar results, also tried changing the cord already.
