Keyboard issue, @ key and " key have swapped places.

HI,I recently upgraded (anything would have been an upgrade from HP) from a HP keyboard to a Rapoo Keyboard and mouse.A little disappointed in the Rapoo but anyway.I noted that the Hp keyboard when in its last days, used the @ key and showed ", and visa-versa.The Rapoo is doing exactly the same thing..which makes me wonder if its the keyboard.Has anyone experienced this or have a suggestion as to WHY and HOW to resolve?cheersLethal
