Keyboard input lag on windows 11

Whenever I press the keys on my keyboard, there is a chance that the input will be delayed by half a second or two, or that nothing will happen, and all the inputs will then happen at once, a couple of seconds late. Many times, whenever I let go of the keys, they still continue the action after a couple of seconds. I've tried reinstalling the keyboard, which worked once, but when I tried doing it again today, it didn't fix the problem. I used a latency test, and the highest ms I got when pressing a key was 628.
