Key only works while pressing SHIFT or ALT GR (Win 10)

Hi,I have had this problem for a while. The key for the >, \ and less than symbols only works when i am also pressing SHIFT or ALT GR. As such, i can only type the > and \ symbols, but not the less than symbol. I have tried uninstalling the keyboard drivers through device manager, changing keyboard language, and running the keyboard troubleshooter to no avail.The less than key on the On-Screen Keyboard works just fine.Using Spy++, the keydown and keyup events for the key (VK_OEM_102) appear just fine while pressing either SHIFT or ALT GR, but it does NOT show up when the key is pressed b
