I am posting this on behalf of my boyfriend. He first got this bluescreen earlier today a couple seconds after opening a video game. The computer restarted normally, but then every 1-5 minutes it would bluescreen and restart over and over, whether he tried to open any programs or not. Eventually it started crashing less frequently, but now every so often the entire screen will shake, usually followed by the computer completely freezing and needing to be rebooted. It seems to be working decently now, it's been on for a good 20 minutes without crashing or freezing, but I thought I'd post here just in case it happens again. Here are some things we've tried:
- Update to the most recent version of Windows 10
- Update drivers in device manager (none needed an update)
- Ran system file checker (no errors)
- Ran chkdsk which came back saying there were some errors found, ran chkdsk /f until no more errors
- Ran windows memory diagnostic, came back with no errors
I've never posted on here before, but I believe I need to upload the dump files as well as the msinfo32. I have included links below. Thank you in advance.
