Kernel Power 41 While Closing Games And While Being Idle On PC

I've recently been experiencing Kernel Power 41 Problems, Tried Everything Updated Graphics Drivers, Did All The Motherboard BIOS Updates, Still happening. I have a feeling that a driver might be causing this problem and i want help on how I can record a minidump and provide it to you guys so you can identify what is exactly happening with my computer, I also tested the ram with memtest86 nothing is faulty or wrong on my rams end
