Kernel Power 41 despite every possible fix

CPU: 7500FMOBO: MSI B650M MORTARGPU: SAPPHIRE 7900 GREPSU; FSW VITA 750WRAM: G SKILL TRIDENT Z 32GB 16X2 6400MHZCOOLER: DEEPCOOL MYSTIQUE 360All of the parts are brand new except the GPU(i owned from my previous build no problems) and the RAM (2nd hand), my previous build had no problems whatsoever with my GPU. During games there are no crashes with the GPU, good temps. Aida 64 on cpu had no crashes, good temps.I built this rig a month ago, I've been having random restarts, no blue screens just restarts immediately.
