Kernel-mode Hardware-enforced Stack Protection was turned on and suddenly it is turned off

Today this had happened again (it is stuck again on turned off), and I got the knowledge that my self-deleted thread (because this thing had turned itself back on mysteriously) was also undeleted here (I was informed via email), and a minute later it got deleted again (I was also informed via email a minute later) - ALL WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. The Kernel-mode Hardware-enforced Stack Protection mysteriously now turned itself off. I did not update or change anything at all with Windows.What is this? Why is this happening? Is someone at Microsoft hacking me?
