"Keep personal files and apps" option is not available during upgrade from Win 7 to Win 10

Hi ALL,I've read everything regarding this issue, connected with Support several times but issue is not solved. Option to keep my apps is not available during upgrade.I've done all recommendations from support and found on the Internet - nothing helped.- Drivers - latest;- Languages - correct on the both versions;- Antivirus - deleted;- Language packs - de-installed;- Registry - checked, everything is ok;- Media Creation Tool - didn't help;I have a lot of apps installed and don't want to install OS as a new. Who can really help me?
