Keep only korean and swedish keyboard layout while still having apps in english

I'm currently using my computer with a Korean layout 95% of the time and the rest is with a Swedish layout. I also like to have my apps/programs/OS in English.So far I've only been able to change so that Windows start with a Korean keyboard but the annoying part of this is that sometimes when I change to Swedish a 2nd English layout will pop up, so instead of only having 3 layouts I will now have 4 which makes it annoying when switching from Korean to Swedish and then back.I've been looking for a way to completely remove the English layout and only keep Korean and Swedish, while still keeping
