Keep getting error code on windows 10 0x800703e6

- Windows Troubleshooter. It finds no problems.- Installing the updates manually. I've been unable to figure out which ones out of the many, many updates available on Microsoft's website that I'm supposed to have. The updates tell me that a later version is already installed, or that it's just not the right one, or they fail with (again) error 0x800703e6.- Doing a clean boot and attempt an update. Did nothing. Same failure.- I have attempted to repair/upgrade/overwrite/whatever the install with Windows10Upgrade9252.exe and MediaCreationTool22H2.exe and both failed with (again) error 0x800703e6
