Keep getting BSoD (PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA)

I keep getting a BSoD a couple minutes after starting up my PC, I've tried resetting the OS (via cloud and without deleting the files), but the error persists. Here is the most recent minidump I got from it. Note: Starting up in Safe Mode doesn't show any issues
