Keep getting BSOD even after resetting the PC

Hey guys, I have been having this issue for a while now. I keep getting BSOD no matter what I do. I've done these steps already: - sfc /scannow - chkdsk - Windows Memory Diagnostic I even did a reset PC and even with a completely fresh windows, it keeps happening. I'm wondering whether it's hardware-related, maybe something going on with the VRAMs for my GPU. The last error I can find in the Event Manager is this: "The iocbios2 service failed to start..."
