I have been unable to install this update; A security issue has been
identified that could allow an attacker to compromise your Windows-based
system running the Microsoft .NET Framework and gain complete control over
it. You can help protect your computer by installing this update from
Microsoft. After you install this item, you may have to restart your computer.

It just says "failed" and gives no error code. Any ideas on how to get this
to install? I have restarted and nothing helps.

Tip: Temporarily disable real-time protection by your anti-virus and/or
anti-spyware applications (e.g., CounterSpy, Spysweeper, Spybot, AVG
Anti-Spyware) and/or any third-party firewall (e.g., ZA) before attempting
to install the update(s).

You are not the only one having this problem. I've installed version 2, 3
but I still can't installed version 1.1

MS needs to do a better job helping NON IT people. BILL GATES driving me
nutz with this crap. MS is not helpful at all.

I've been at this a week now and still can't fix the problem.
