KB928365 wont install,...

Dear Newsgroup,

i get the following Message inside the Update Dialog:

Sicherheitsupdate für Microsoft .NET Framework, Version 2.0 (KB928365) could
not be installed.
Its a "German" Windows XP, fully up2date except this Update.

What now? Where can i find detailed informations for this Message?

Hi.

I just ran dotnetfx.exe and chose "Repair".
After that I could install the update without problems.
