KB5053606 Installed and setup a new outlook account etc

[Windows 10]

Window 10 Install KB5053606. It moved itself into a User Account called TEMP. This Temp user account setup new folders for Outlook, Documents, Downloads, etc.I do not no how to change these default folders!I cannot access my old email accounts, contacts and appointments. I tried to change the email account back to my name directory, I could not. The same with contacts and appointments. I tried copying, but that did not work. Every item defaulted to the Temp user Account.I uninstall the "KB" thru window updates, this had no effect still defaulted to Temp user account.Exact default directory is
