KB5050009 and KB5048667 wrond ones in microsoft catalogue. And not downloading/installing

The new update, KB5050009, fails to install, as it doesn't download. on the microsoft catalog page it says it has 1016 mb, yet when it downloads it has only 508 mb, and, after "trying" to update, it says it's not a valid win32 application. Same thing with KB5048667
