KB5048652 error 0x800F0922 and In-Place Upgrade error

Split from this thread. Same issue with the KB5048652 It installs, but on the restart - update apply step, it fails with the mentioned error: 0x800f0922Official Microsoft Help Page for this error code is something with schedueler? (Microsft Error Code Docu Page) - That fix did not work for me. Also in the KB image itself is also an issue with SSH Server listed, but I dont think this should affect me at all.
