KB5046617 is showing 86GB size (It's already installed one week back but still update appears)

Hello community friends,I have a weird problem.KB5046617 was installed successfully on 13th Nov; you can see that in the cmd commands.Today, suddenly KB5046617 appeared on the Windows Updates page and I tried to install it but failed.Later I checked on cmd commands, I found that KB5046617 monster size of 86GB. You can see that clearly in my screenshot attached.Also, KB2267602 (Security updates) shows a 1 GB size.It seems with 24H2, Microsoft is making everyone insane.Is anyone else facing the same issue?
