KB5039302 Download and Install Issues

Tonight I tried putting on the new KB5039302 Update Preview and it is refusing to do so saying that it was because of an account I'm using. There is only one account on the device, a local account, and no additional accounts. I tried installing another update, KB5039866, from the same account, and had no issues. The specific error code I'm getting is 0x80246017.I've tried restarting necessary services and running the windows update troubleshooter, using the below article as a reference point, but neither method made a difference.
