KB5031356 - October 10, 2023—KB5031356 (OS Builds 19044.3570 and 19045.3570) - IE Browser forcing to Edge

With the latest Critical Updates released from Microsoft, when KB5031356 is installed on Windows 10 it forces Internet Explorer to redirect to Edge.I know support for IE has ended but I work for the public sector and we still have legacy systems not compatible with Edge.Does anyone know of a fix that can be applied to workaround this issue?
