KB5028182 causes: Synchronous Exception at 0x0000000037001484

I've been running Windows for some time on a Raspberry PI (arm processor).However now when I do a windows update I get the following after boot:"Synchronous Exception at 0x0000000037001484"and this error blocks Windows from loading. The update is applying KB5028182 (likely the cause) and KB5028938 (not likely the cause). I have a backup of the image prior to the upgrade and have restored it and tried the upgrade again (twice) - in all cases I get this error.I know I can turn windows updates off, but then w11 will not be able to pick up any additional changes and overtime become increasingly u
