Just Updated my Nvidia Driver for my GPU and Microsoft. NET Framework error popped up.

Hello, I have updated my driver to the recent update and this error has popped up. I see different things are causing this issue. But I don't want to select Contrinue or Quit since I don't completely understand what could happen if I choose one of these options. The error says : "Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue.
