Just got a new pc

Just got a new PC, Win 11I just cant find some of the icons I had on my old Win 7Shut down button, MY Computer (That used to be in the top left hand corner, I could plug in a card and a widow would ask me what to with with 'open' 'browse' now I plug a card there nothing happens)I cant change my desk top picture (i and stuck with the windows stuff) ((I need help with that)Its taken me the best part of a day to try and sort it out to something I can understand and useIts nothing like Win 7
