Just can't get access to talk with microsoft directly.

I have had this issue with my hitman game not working, through multiple supports options they just ended up telling me I keep getting error codes, and need to talk to Microsoft technicians directly to fix it, everytime I go through the support it only gives me the option to get community help, and I can't get this fixed, anyway to get in contact with Microsoft directly for help?
