Jumpy Cursor.

I added an external monitor and now the cursor is intermittently jumpy.I now have it on slow, enhanced resolution , and medium trail. It is still not very smooth.I am using a logitech usp optical.1) should I change my mouse?2) do I need a different mouse driver?3) do I need a different screen driver?The screen is AOC 27 inch.<edit>1) I have the AOC driver.There is no driver install program.I cannot find system-drivers in win11. where is it?2) how do you nominate a specific monitor and add a driver for it?<edit>I found Device Manager.It has 2 generic PNP monitorsI don't see how I
