JBL 510BT Headphones Connected but little to hardly noticeable sound.

When I connect the headphones to my laptop, I cannot get sound from them, although they work on other devices like my phone. I've tried to restart the computer, factory reset the headphones, use a troubleshoot, but nothing seems to work.
