Java won't Install on my Windows 11

I am trying to Install Java version 8 on windows 11 to add mods to Minecraft and every time it says It installed it, it doesn't work and when I click on it it brings me to the install popup to install it again. There is no error screen and it opens the install popup like it never installed in the first place.The only antivirus I have is Windows defender I have tried:-Restarting my computer-Downloading the offline version (which did the same thing) -Uninstalling it with the Java uninstall tool and reinstalling it-Using the Java uninstall tool to check for old versions of Java-Allowing it throu
