Japanese basic typing installed but not IME Keyboard

Hello everyone,I would like to install Japanese keyboard (IME)SO I installed the Japanese language, you can find attached the list of languages installed.However, as you can see on the attached second screenshot, Japanese typing method does not appear.This problem does not come from "basic typing" which is of course installed, but I think it comes from there (3rd attached screenshot).Indeed, when I click on "Add a keyboard" (to add IME), there is no option.Of course I uninstalled the language, restarted, switched languages, everything for an hour.However it still doesn't work.Could you please
