Jan 2025 Latest Windows update has created havoc

I’m not sure what is going on but my whole computer is possessed. Random windows opening and closing with or without a mouse connected. I have uninstalled and reinstalled my mouse but within a couple of minutes of logging in it all starts again. Touchpad also not very responsive.Tried going to update history to uninstall the latest update but no option comes up.Any ideas?
