I’ve recently updated my windows 11 and ever since I’ve had major issues

It started with my desktop pc saying that I needed to activate my windows which I had already done. I updated windows and I believe it somehow reinstalled itself. Ever since then the WiFi has been unable to connect and the screen doesn’t display the task bar or open apps and it keeps flickering. It gets worse in safe mode where the entire screen fliers on and off so fast I can’t do anything with device manager or task manager.How can I fix this?
