I've had this problem for a while now, but certain games I try to download, or programs, on my device don't work because of this "Microsoft Visual C++

Every time it also states underneath the "Microsoft Visual C++ 2019 X64 Minimum Runtime" that "The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable." and "Click OK to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package 'vc_runtimeMinimum_x64.msi' in the box below." I have already tried to uninstall previous Microsoft Visual C++ installations because it was said to work, and I tried installing later Microsoft Visual C++ installations but it hasn't worked at all.
