I've gone through all the steps to get OneDrive off my laptop but its still there

I followed the instructions to get OneDrive off my laptop but now almost a year later I find out the Document and Pictures folder are still mapped to OneDrive. All attempts to follow the instructions fail me in getting it restored.On my C: drive I have a : Users>"user name">OneDrive folder with "Picture" & "Documents" sub folders.However, resetting the locations DOES not work since I guess because I already have those folders in my C: drive Users>"user name">Desktop folder.Also, I'm still getting OneDrive cloud icons on some files and folders? How is that possible after unins
