I’ve entered pin successfully. Then I get screen with LOCKED message asking me to enter password. Don’t have a password and can’t get beyond this screen even after restarting * Related: My laptop is showing a locked screen with what looks like a Microsoft logo. I’ve tried everything and still can’t open it * Changed to a question* Moved from Office/Word
