I've been seeing update errors x3 (0x80070005) when updating Microsoft Store apps for several months.

HiI'm running WIN 11 10.0.26120.3576 on a Dell 5630 Laptop, 13th Gen Intel(R) Core (TM) i7-1360P16.0 GB (15.7 GB usable). For several months, & a couple OS updates, I've been getting error 0x80070005 while trying to update 3 (of 300) apps via the Microsoft Store. The same 3, Some Media Player, Apple Music & iTunes. All fault in the download/install process, which drops a banner "We're having trouble on our end ... we're trying to fix ... try again later."Error 0x80070005 is a very generic issue involving user credentials, security permissions, and so on.
