9/1/23 Windows 11 updated and after restarting, it’s asking us to unlock our laptop with a PIN that we NEVER set up, we’ve used a passwords since 2019. The phone number listed on the Microsoft account is old. We never use Microsoft account, so of course we haven’t updated the phone number. Today, I calmly & finally answer the security info, go to update my phone number and NOW ITS SAYING I HAVE TO WAIT 30 MORE DAYS JUST TO CHANGE MY NUMBER AND GET INTO MY LAPTOP???
