It seems like the pinyin keyboard for traditional characters disappeared. Is there no way to type zhuyin for traditional anymore? How do I ask for it

Before the latest windows update I could use pinyin to type traditional Chinese characters, but I got a new laptop and updated to windows 11, and I can't find the option under "add a keyboard" in the language options. I don't have the bopomofo keyboard memorized, so I can't just use that (my keyboard only has the English alphabet).
